If Ozllo offers a free trial period, we encourage you to explore all features during that time. Refunds will not be issued once a subscription has begun unless stated otherwise.

If you have purchased a monthly or annual subscription and are unsatisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
